這間公寓不只是偉大演員的故居，也像個舞台，喜劇誇張的效果，讓所有表演和視覺元素都能大聲說話，觀眾既透過第四面牆窺看Andrew發生的事，也是見證他「做到了」、對角色來說實際存在、中央公園的觀眾。

The script had clearly state that the decoration of the stage would be Gothic. In order to create the shock of a new lodger first entering the house, we won't further adjust this setting. We want to let both the audience and characters to be stunned by how gorgeous and dignified the stage is. This also create the stage for the traditional Hamlet internal play. Since we need to build effectively a top floor, an apartment, a stair to a rooftop additional attic and spaces toward the bedroom and kitchen, we will need to use every single part of the stage we can to make the arrangement of space become suitable and fascinating.
